The Catalysis Interest Group (CIG) aims at bringing together different research groups at the Paul Scherrer Institute and in Switzerland in order
- to establish personal contacts of catalysis researchers
- to intensify the scientific discussion as well as the exchange of information, results, experiences and know-how
- to stimulate new ideas for cooperations and common research
Moreover, the CIG wants to provide an easy acccess to catalysis research in Switzerland for interested external parties . Please contact us with your "catalyst problem"!
For the advancement of scientific discussions and the exchange of knowledge, a series of half day-workshops is planned on subjects such as catalyst preparation, catalyst characterisation, in operando/in situ studies, catalysis engineering aspects and the Swiss Light Source and catalysis.
